Welcome to CoachCertify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CoachCertify website and services operated by CoachCertify Technologies LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

CoachCertify is a test preparation platform designed to help coaches prepare for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential exam. Our services include practice quizzes, full-length mock tests, performance analytics, and study resources.

CoachCertify is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). ICF is a registered trademark of the International Coaching Federation.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer various subscription plans, including free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a quarterly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are offered for any subscription plans. We encourage you to try our Free plan to experience the platform before upgrading to a paid plan.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on CoachCertify, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, questions, explanations, and software, is the property of CoachCertify Technologies LLP and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

6. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or share quiz questions or test content
• Use automated tools to access or scrape our content
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Use the services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers

7. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that using our services will result in passing the ICF ACC exam. Our practice questions are designed to help you prepare, but actual exam content is determined solely by ICF and Pearson VUE.

CoachCertify is not affiliated with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). We do not have access to actual ICF exam questions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachCertify Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@coachcertify.com. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms and, in some cases, may provide additional notice.

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
